Welcome to Lumina Reads! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and online platform (collectively, "our service"). • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Lumina Reads immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Product Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

• Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our online platform. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

• Order Confirmation: Upon successful completion of an order, you will receive an email confirmation. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore concerning any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
